What work can you do for me?

Services I specialise in include (but aren't limited to):

hands typing on a laptop keyboard.

General Admin

Do you have any important tasks that keep ending up at the bottom of the pile? Arranging meetings, creating a system for your inbox that works for you or handling communication on your behalf could help lighten the load. If you're someone who would benefit from emails being explained in a different way or put into a different format I can do this with no judgment or unnecessary questions asked.

Travel Bookings

I can help with your upcoming trips, from booking the initial travel and accommodation at a competitive rate, to speaking with passenger assist, booking accessible taxis, logging passenger complaints, processing delay repay requests, safety planning, and providing a clear itinerary to help you feel more confident in your journey.

With lived experience of the process, I can confidently support you from any point that you need me to ensure your focus during this process is on your wellbeing.

Phone calls can be difficult enough already for a variety of reasons, if you even have the time to begin with! delegate your calls to make more time for the things you enjoy doing.

One-off Project

Tell me about an issue or barrier you're currently having or something that you are currently struggling with. I can then design a solution to that problem that works for your needs. Examples could be working through some inbox backlog, creating a budget spreadsheet for your company or designing a system for an upcoming project.

Weekly or Monthly support

I can offer my support at an agreed number of hours per week or month, with monthly work paid on a retainer. This is suited to those who require ongoing support or maintenance of their administrative tasks (such as booking regular appointments, regular email management, and curating weekly to-do lists). Click the image above to find more about retainer packages.

In-Person Services

I am open to in-person work (especially within the Greater Manchester region) if you require in-person support with physical paperwork management, body doubling, or other administrative tasks. Additional Fees apply. To remain compliant with IR35 legislation, there are restrictions. Any in-person work must be completed using my own insurance cover and equipment, and not as an employee of your company. Power Hours

For anything and everything!

A power hour is a concentrated period of time for us to meet online to discuss and tackle a complex issue. If you just need an hour of my time, this could be the solution for you!

  • Talking through the Access to Work or PIP process
  • Setting up a new software
  • You have several questions about setting up a business as a Disabled person.
  • You generally just want my time and expertise for an hour!
  • You need someone's opinion and are about to make a big decision.

To keep rates affordable but in line with the coaching industry, I charge a rate of £50 an hour. To book a time, use the link below, and I will get in touch to confirm this is the right service for you! If it isn't, I can direct you to other services or charge less.

How is this different to a discovery call? this gets us right into the topic that you wish to discuss. The discovery call is intended to identify what you need help with and whether I am the right person to support you! If it would help to have one of these too, feel free to put it in the notes when you book.

Are you a speaker?

Yes! I have completed several speaking opportunities professionally, including volunteer training, Skills sessions with university students, and sessions on planning and organising for a department of staff.

My proudest presentation, however, will always be my first. Standing as a trembling teenager in front of a room of NHS professionals, I educated them about the mental health statistics of young people in their constituency. I've never been scared of a speech since!

Visibility Matters, and the time and energy I spend as a working disabled person also matters. I will therefore be unable to provide speaking opportunities for free.
